Info for Municipalities

Park-line Parking; a new and innovative way for cashless payment of on and off-street parking. Park-line Parking offers Municipalities and users a new and additional way for the cashless payment of parking fees characterised by significant ease of use, cost reduction and high customer satisfaction and acceptance. Park-line Parking users receive a creditcard sized transpondercard, the Park-line card, to be placed in a plastic holder to the inside of the windscreen of the car. The card acts as a 'digital’ parking ticket. Parking requires only two short calls from the mobile phone, one to start and the other to stop the parking payment.

Parking attendants use a scanner to check the card status. In the display of the handheld scanner the status of the card becomes visible, active (paying) or non-active (not paying). By the end of the month Park-line collects the parking payments from its users and transfers these to the Municipality. There is a guaranteed payment to the Municipality as Park-line holds the credit risk. The systems integrity, data availability, security and cashflow is both proven and certified, ensuring the Municipality and the user a cheap, convenient and fraud- and privacyproof service.
